Introduction
1.1. The Hatch Embroidery Digitizer Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by [Wilcom International Pty Ltd on behalf of Hatch Embroidery] ("the Organizer").
1.2. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines or rules provided by the Organizer.
Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, representatives, agents, or affiliates of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3. The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide, subject to any restrictions or limitations imposed by local laws and regulations.
Entry
3.1. Participants enter the Giveaway by activating a free trial of Hatch Embroidery software on the Hatch Embroidery website - hatchembroidery.com.
3.2. Users who have previously activated a free trial or purchased Hatch Embroidery software are automatically entered into the giveaway.
3.3. The email address provided must be valid and will be used to communicate with the Giveaway winner.
3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries for the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified.
3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions.
Prize
4.1. The prize for the Giveaway is a digital license for Hatch Embroidery Digitizer 3 software, valued at USD$1,099.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or substituted for cash or any other alternatives.
4.3. The winner may gift the software license to another recipient if they have not activated the license.
Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible registered Hatch accounts.
5.2. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 working days after the Giveaway closing date.
5.3. If the winner fails to respond within 7 working days of the notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Marketing and Privacy
6.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be added to the Hatch Embroidery marketing list and receive promotional communications from the Organizer.
6.2. Participants can unsubscribe from the marketing list at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.
6.3. The Organizer will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more details, please refer to the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason beyond its control.
7.2. The Organizer's decision regarding all aspects of the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection and disqualification, shall be final and binding.
7.3. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their participation in the Giveaway.
7.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
Entries to the Giveaway ends Midnight 23rd June, 2024.
