About Keyboard Design Collections

A Keyboard Design Collection (KDC) is a set of 26 professionally digitized decorative letter designs - one for every letter of the alphabet - that map directly to your computer keyboard inside Hatch Embroidery software.

Instead of manually placing or resizing individual letter designs, you simply type. Hatch handles the rest, placing each decorative letter exactly where it belongs. The result is fast, consistent, and beautifully stitched decorative text without the fuss.

Each collection has its own distinct personality - from botanical elegance to bold street art - so you can match the mood of your project to the right alphabet style.

How it works

Purchase and install
Buy any KDC and it appears automatically in your Hatch Embroidery lettering tool the next time you open the software. No manual installation or downloads.

Select your collection
Open the lettering tool and choose your Keyboard Design Collection from the font list alongside your existing library.

Type and create
Use your keyboard to place decorative letter designs. Hatch maps each key to the matching decorative letter and positions it automatically.
