Hatch is currently experiencing some system outages due to the current global IT infrastructure outages.
Our team are monitoring the situation carefully, and are working to restore services as soon as possible.

When will this take place?
Sunday 29th / Monday 30th October (depending on where you are) for approximately 8 hours.
What does this mean for you?
- You will be unable to open their software during this maintenance period
- You will lose access to the software unless you follow the steps outlined below.
How can I use my software during this period?
- Follow these steps BEFORE the maintenance commences
- Open the software and click "Keep me signed in" if you are required to insert your email address and password
- DISCONNECT your computer from the internet. You need to be 100% certain that your system cannot connect to the internet or it may stop you from using it.
