Welcome to the Hatch Embroidery System Status page. This is your go-to resource to check whether Hatch Embroidery or Wilcom systems are currently online and functioning as expected. If you're experiencing issues accessing your software, connecting to the Hatch, or downloading updates, this page will help you determine if the problem is on our end or related to your own connection or device.

What Does “All Systems Online” Mean?

If you see the green "All systems are currently online" message above, it means that:

  • Hatch Embroidery software activation servers are operational.

  • Hatch Academy and Hatch Store are accessible and responsive.

  • No scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages are currently affecting our systems.

Experiencing Issues?

If you’re having trouble launching Hatch Embroidery or accessing certain features, and this page shows all systems are online:

  • Try restarting your computer and router.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking access to Hatch services.

  • Visit our Support Center for troubleshooting guides or to submit a support ticket.

Sunday 29th / Monday 30th October (depending on where you are) for approximately 8 hours.

Outage Time

What does this mean for you?

  • You will be unable to open their software during this maintenance period
  • You will lose access to the software unless you follow the steps outlined below.

 

How can I use my software during this period?

  • Follow these steps BEFORE the maintenance commences
  • Open the software and click "Keep me signed in" if you are required to insert your email address and password
  • DISCONNECT your computer from the internet. You need to be 100% certain that your system cannot connect to the internet or it may stop you from using it.
