Digitizer Upgrade Pack Purchase Terms

  Existing Hatch owners only. Available to customers who already own a lower level of Hatch Embroidery software.

  Pack contents. The Digitizer Upgrade Pack includes the premium Hatch Embroidery Digitizer 4 software, CorelDRAW GEM, Cross Stitch GEM, 25 Font Packs, 5 Keyboard Design Collections (KDCs), and Hatch Academy including Premium course access.

  Personalised offer pricing. The offer price is calculated upon signing into hatchembroidery.com, where it will determine the upgrade price to Hatch Embroidery Digitizer 4 based on your current software level. This price represents a significant discount off the regular retail value of the included products.

  No further discounts for existing item owners. If you already own any of the items included in this pack, there will not be a further discount applied.

  Refund policy. Individual items from the pack may not be refunded separately. The 30-day money-back guarantee is valid but applies to the entire pack as a whole.

  Non-transferable. Items may not be sold or transferred to other accounts.
