No reinstall needed.

Good news - there's nothing to download or reinstall. Because you already have Hatch Embroidery installed from your trial, your purchase automatically unlocks your full license.

Simply open Hatch Embroidery on your computer and sign in with the same email address and password you used when purchasing. Your software will recognise your license and unlock straight away.

If you see a message saying your trial has expired, just sign in again. Once signed in your full license will activate automatically.

What to do now

Open Hatch Embroidery 4 on your computer using the desktop icon.

Sign in with the email address and password linked to your Hatch account.

Your full license will activate automatically - no download or reinstall required.

Start creating! All features and tools are now fully unlocked.
Open the right icon. Always open Hatch Embroidery 4 - not Embroidery Hub. Embroidery Hub is a separate companion app and will not start the main software.

Installation steps

Click the Download button and save the installer file to your computer.

Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.

Restart your computer once installation is complete.

Open Hatch and sign in with your registered email address and password to activate your license.
Open the right icon. After installation two icons may appear on your desktop. Always open Hatch Embroidery 4 - not Embroidery Hub. Embroidery Hub is a separate companion app and will not start the main software.

Your add-on is
almost ready to use.

There is nothing to download or install. Font Packs, Keyboard Design Collections, and the Cross Stitch GEM are delivered directly into your Hatch Embroidery software. All you need to do is close and relaunch Hatch.

Your new fonts, designs, or Cross Stitch tools will appear automatically in the software the next time you open it.

Close Hatch Embroidery if it is currently open (File > Exit).

Relaunch Hatch Embroidery 4 from your desktop icon and sign in if prompted.

Your new fonts, Keyboard Design Collection, or Cross Stitch tools will appear in the relevant section of the software - ready to use straight away.
If your add-on does not appear after relaunching, ensure you are signed in with the same email address used to make your purchase, then close and reopen the software once more. Still having trouble? Contact our support team - we are happy to help.
