General Terms

  • This offer applies to perpetual license purchases only. FlexPay monthly payment plans are not included in any Back to School discount.
  • Each Back to School discount applies to its own product. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked within the same order (for example, the Digitizer 4 discount and the Mega Pack discount cannot both be applied to one purchase).
  • Every Hatch Embroidery software purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're unhappy for any reason within your first 30 days, we'll refund you, no questions asked. This does not apply to the EmbroideryConnect WiFi Device, which is covered by its own returns policy — see the EmbroideryConnect section below.
  • Applicable taxes and duties are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
