Not all features are available in every level. All features shown on this page are available in Hatch Digitizer 4. Some are exclusive to Digitizer; others are available across multiple levels. See the full comparison to find out what's included in each level.
I already own Hatch Embroidery. How to I upgrade?
If you already own any level or version of Hatch Embroidery, sign in to your Hatch account and your personalized upgrade pricing will be displayed automatically based on what you own. You don't need to contact support. Your existing designs can be opened and edited in Hatch 4.
Can I try Hatch Embroidery 4 before buying?
If you do not already own a Hatch license, yes, the 30-day free trial gives you full access to all features and all four levels with no credit card required. You can switch between Organizer, Personalizer, Composer, and Digitizer during the trial to find the right fit.
If you already own a license, the trial is unavailable. To experience Hatch 4 you can purchase the update, and if you are unhappy with the new features, there is a no questions 30-day moneyback guarantee.
What is Hatch Academy and is it really free?
Hatch Academy is our exclusive online learning platform built by Wilcom experts for Hatch Embroidery users with hundreds of lessons, projects, webinars, and community forums. It's valued at US$999 and included free for all Hatch Embroidery 4 owners.
Is Hatch Embroidery sold as a sub
No. Hatch Embroidery is a perpetual license that you purchase once. FlexPay is available for Composer and Digitizer levels if you prefer to spread payments over time, but there's no ongoing subscription required.
Does Hatch Embroidery 4 work with my embroidery machine?
Most likely. Hatch Embroidery supports the file formats used by most major brands including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Baby Lock, Singer, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Tajima, Barudan, and many others. Hatch Embroidery 4 also adds direct wireless transfer to supported Brother machines.
