Version and level upgrades can be combined — for example, you can upgrade from Hatch 3 Composer to Hatch 4 Digitizer in a single purchase.

Yes. Hatch Embroidery is available from the official website and through selected authorized resellers at embroidery shows, retail stores, and machine dealerships.

If you purchased from a reseller, you may have received a product key (a 5-part code). Install the software first, then activate your product key from within the software or your Hatch account. If you purchased directly from hatchembroidery.com, no product key is needed — your license is assigned automatically.
