In some cases, the issue may also be related to graphics acceleration.

Graphics acceleration issue — view the fix

This issue is caused by PCs that do not support graphics acceleration, which helps improve the Hatch home screen loading speed.

When installing new updates for Hatch Embroidery 3, the graphics acceleration setting will be reset, causing the white screen to reappear.

Solution
  1. Download and install the latest Hatch Embroidery 3: Hatch3_Setup.exe
  2. Once installed, download the product.ini file, then copy it to the folder below and overwrite the existing file:
    C:\Program Files\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 3\BIN

    Browser download warning?

Some browsers may flag the product.ini file as unusual because it’s not a common file type. This file is safe — select Download unverified file to continue.
